Salzburg and Vienna: Music through the Church
We are almost halfway through our trip which is crazy to think about, it feels like I have been in Europe for so long, but I do not want to leave anytime soon. I absolutely love it here! Our first stop on the trip was Salzburg, one of the most beautiful cities I have ever visited. Growing up, I was an avid Sound of Music fan so visiting the city where the movie was filmed was a dream come true, we were able to visit so many iconic sites such as the gazebo where Sixteen going on Seventeen was filmed, the Mirabell Gardens where part of Do Re Mi was filmed, and lastly from the top of the lookout we able to see the iconic Von Trapp house. However, Sound of Music was not our main reason for the trip, but instead we came to experience the birthplace of Mozart, and church at Salzburg Cathedral.
